1. Please state " service, date and time " that works best for you
2. Provide us your first and last name
Non- Refundable Deposits are required for all facial, treatment,
long waxing or eyelash appointments.
Payments for deposits: Zelle , Venmo , Apple Pay or Cash.
All deposits are FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE AND TRANSFERABLE ONE TIME.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND FINAL
CANCELATION POLICY
Northridge Beauty Bar must be contacted a minimum of
48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Any Same Day Cancellation, Same Day Reschedule or
No Show No Call will automatically result in forfeiture of your
Non Refundable Deposit.
